1 byte integer
Unsigned int
2 bytes integer, MSB first

RW = R - parameter can be read, W parameter can be written.
Secured = Y =Parameter is secured. N= Parameter not secured.
0…16777215 = Parameter range.
DDEpar. = 55 = FlowDDE parameter number
Proc. = 114 = Process number
Par. = 1 = process parameter number

Proc. = 1 = Process number
Par. = 17 = process parameter number
